Once we have a sound knowledge about the scope of the project, the area of application and the general requirement specifications, we will quickly produce a budgetary quotation for your approval.

Our industrial design engineers will work closely together with you to maximise the functional, aesthetical and haptical impact of your product.

The final design will be constructed using state-of-the-art CAD/CAM technology. During this phase it is essential to have all the components (preferable) or alternatively detailed drawings available.

The prototype and volume production is manufactured using the same production process. More complex designs might require validation of work pieces or sub-assemblies prior to prototyping.

Depending on the project, modifications can be anticipated subject to conducting field trials, due to thermal considerations or other circumstances that necessitate the design to be adjusted.

After your approval, a separate production folder will be compiled, which contains all relevant details including outsourced components and processes. Unless agreed, we will only manufacture to order.
