The transition between the mechanical drawing and volume production is almost seamless. Modifications can be incorporated at any stage during the product life cycle.

 
The various parts are efficiently machined from sheet plastics such as ABS, HIPS and PC in thicknesses of up to 10mm, whilst cut-outs, recesses, vents and engravings are incorporated at the same time.

 
Faceting, bevelling, cutting of ‘v-grooves’ for bending purposes and other refinements of the material are carried out using various bespoke mechanical processing facilities.

 
The bending operation is laid out for processing multiple parts and bends in one controlled, automatic process. We use a variety of methods to achieve larger curves.

 
Subject to final quality inspection the products are either transferred for electronic assembly of your components or directly despatched according to your instructions (assembled or in parts).
